La Salle Military Academy:

Pro Deo Pro Patria, The Life and Death of a Catholic Military School

The new LSMA book is here!!

Entitled La Salle Military Academy: Pro Deo Pro Patria, The Life and Death of a Catholic Military School, it is available for purchase from the LSMA Foundation on the LSMA Alumni website.

Yearbook size and in the old-style Arizona bonded leather, it is both a history of the school from 1883 to 2001 and a Yearbook of Yearbooks with two pages dedicated to each of the 74 classes from 1928-2001 when it was known as LSMA. Each year's graduates are listed and the battalion/regimental leaders and other graduates are pictured as well as Class polls and evocative ads where available. Class notes summarize the year's highlights
Also included are a brief history of military schools in America, alumni responses to the questionnaire from graduates of classes of the 40s to the 90s and profiles of the school's iconic figures which are sure to kindle fond memories.

This ambitious project to capture the total history of La Salle Military Academy became a reality .  The book is in  yearbook form and  has 250 to 300 pages.  Two full pages will dedicated to each class from 1925 to 2001.

This book will contribute to enhance the already magical story of the legendary La Salle Military Academy!

Please send any worthy photos, colorful stories, and/or memorable moments to Peter Dans and myself.  They can be included for possible use in the book and also on this website.
